Island Bench by Tomoyuki Matsuoka

A great thing to look at and a comfortable piece of seating too - that's the Island Bench.

The work of Tomoyuki Matsuoka for Blå Station, it's built around a birch frame, upholstered in a coloured fabric of your choice and supported by chrome steel legs. And it's designed so you can extend too - although that would mean buying another unit.

And that's not cheap - the Island Bench retails for £766.64.
