Ikea PS Pendel floor clock by Carl Hagerling

Interesting and quirky design isn't necessarily something you'd expect to find at Ikea, but it certainly sums up the Ikea PS Pendel floor clock.

Designed by Carl Hagerling, the Pendel clock is the modern-day grandfather clock,  but with a couple of big differences. Firstly, it doesn't look like it has come out a museum and secondly, it's got a load of shelving built in for your bits and pieces.

The clock is powered by a single battery, while the frame is made of a birch/poplar plywood. And it's yours for £129.
