Storyline Shelf by Frederik Roije

The Storyline Shelf has an intriguing concept behind it. Designer Frederik Roije based the shape of it on a graph of the 'relative frequencies generated by the sound of the word 'bliss' being spoken'.

Quite why he chose this word is not explained on the Dutchbydesign website, but we like the shelf regardless. Made of anodized stee,l the shelf has a tough powder-coated finish and will hold a good number of books whilst looking very individual at the same time.
