Wall of Sound is the world's biggest iPod speaker

Wall

See that tiny thing to the right of the above image? That's an iPod. Which gives you some idea of just how big the Wall of Sound actually is.

Pitched as the world’s biggest iPod speaker, this hand-built unit weighs in at 102kg (225 pounds), is a metre tall and 1.25 metres wide. Oh yes - and it knocks out a wall-shaking 125 watts of audio, courtesy of 28 individual speakers and its own tube amplifier.

The biggest speaker obviously has a price to match, $4,495, which is around £2,721. Ouch!
