Whether you're looking for an easy chair for reading or an upmarket office chair, the Cortina chair by Gunilla Allard could well fit the bill.

It has visible moulded back in stained white, black and most eye-catching of all, walnut, with a 100 per cent wool upholstered seat and a four-star chrome swivel base. All combining to produce a chair that looks fairly simple, but is so obviously a cut above.
