Pli Design introduces Reee Chair - made from recycled PlayStation consoles

Ever wondered where all the old games consoles go? Well, some of them - specifically PlayStation 2 consoles - go to Pli Design, who use them to make the Reee Chair.

Each chair uses 2.4kg of recycled plastic, all of which can be recycled again once the chair loses its charm. The only downside is the look - not exactly the most inspiring of looks, but it might make a decent dining chair.

The Reee chair will go on sale at the Eden Project's visitor shop in Cornwall (plus other specialist retailers) from September - price to be confirmed.
