Limited Edition Shell Chair by Hans Wegner

This beautiful chair from The Lollipop Shoppe, is a piece of furniture to be cherished. The Hans Wegner three-legged Shell chair was originally produced in 1963, but only a small number were made. Re-launched in 1997, the model shown above has now been introduced as a limited anniversary edition.

The quality and craftsmanship is evident from the exclusive zebrano veneer to the supple aniline leather. Only 250 pieces of this special edition will be made….ever!  As a limited edition each chair carries a sterling silver plate bearing its special edition number.

Something this special doesn’t come cheap, at £2,972, the Shell chair is definitely an investment piece for the future.
