Not just one table, the Viale modular coffee table by Stéphanie Marin is two pieces of design.

As the image above shows, you can have this as one one 'tall' island-like table or you can pull it apart for two tables, both made from horizontal sheets of plywood for a distinctive layered finish.

Unfortunately it's priced as two tables too - £2,079 to be exact.
