Danboru Lampshades by Tabitha Bargh

Donbaru shade

It can take a lot of trekking round lighting departments to find a good lampshade. They tend to be either plain boring or too attention seeking.  These Danbaru cardboard shades from Tabitha Bargh are a happy medium, with an intricate design that plays with the light, they are different enough not to be dull.

The lampshades are created entirely using corrugated cardboard made from 85% recycled material. The shades are all laminated by hand and made in the UK, so tick the environmental box too - just make sure you use energy saving light bulbs!

Available in two sizes the shade can be used as either on a ceiling pendant or on a table or floor lamp.

The shades start at £75, and stockists are listed at Tabitha Bargh online.
