Polaroid Two - next-generation digital instant camera

Polaroid_two

Polaroid is back with a bang, mixing digital with instant with the Polaroid Two camera.

An interesting concept, it's part digital camera and part photo printer, offering up 5-megapixel photos fired out as 300 dpi prints, sized at 2 x 3 inches and printed onto sticky-back Zink photo paper. Ok, not straight away - it takes 40 seconds and you can decide against printing out your latest snap if you want to save paper.

Also on-board is 4x digital zoom, an electronic timer, movie mode, an SD memory card slot, preset shooting modes and the option to hook up to your PC. Downside? Only 15 prints per battery charge.

It's exclusive to Firebox in the UK from 11th May and is available for pre-order now for £229.95. 10 sheets of paper are included, extra sheets cost £7.95 for 30.
