Peacock chair by Dror Benshetrit for Cappellini

I'm not sure I could bear to sit in something as beautiful as the Peacock chair from Cappellini. It looks as though the sculpted felt would collapse when sat on, but of course it has been designed not to.

The chair is created entirely out of a single sheet of felt wrapped over a metal base. The felt is available as grey, green, or blue colour and these colours can be coupled to give a two-tone effect.

As for price? well take a deep breath because this beautiful chair starts at £4685, (the two tone version price starts with a 7!) and is available from Chaplins.
